● L-valine belongs to branched-chain amino acids, which are 8 essential amino acids and sugar-producing amino acids. It can promote normal growth of the body, repair tissues, regulate blood sugar, and provide needed energy. Dissolved in water, almost insoluble in ethanol.

● The quality standard of L-valine requires content (≥98.0%), moisture (≤1.5%), ash content (≤0.5%), pH value (4.5～7.0), specific optical rotation (26.0°-29.0°)
